Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays! We can all use a reminder to be more grateful in our lives. This year we spent Thanksgiving with family in Utah.
We drove down to my mom's in the morning, picked up my grandma, had a great Thanksgiving dinner (with Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, Sparking cider, etc. - yum!), then my mom took Jason and I out to see the movie "Catching Fire" while Kayla watched Austin. It was really nice to go see that awesome movie, because we don't ever get to see new movies until they come out on Redbox. We stayed overnight and the next day had French toast for breakfast, watched football, then later we played picture Apples to Apples with family which was totally hilarious.

Saturday we packed up and drove to have Thanksgiving with Jason's dad and Bekee. We took Bekee and her son out to shoot our handguns, took Austin to the park, watched football, and had a great After-Thanksgiving-Dinner with prime rib - yum! Jason left for the USU vs. BYU basketball game in Salt Lake (wearing a shirt he designed saying "Cougar meat is practically a vegetable") and I stayed with Jason's dad so he could play more with Austin. We went over to their friend's to watch hockey and the USU basketball game (we saw Jason on the front row a couple of times) after which Jason returned and we left for home.
Hope your Thanksgiving was as wonderful as ours!
